Course Description
Train each health professional and those in other sectors in the recognition and management of feelings and emotions, in order to achieve adequate mental health maintenance, since emotional well-being directly influences a professional’s ability to make sound decisions, show compassion, and provide comprehensive care. By training professionals in emotional management, the quality of the service offered is improved, while also strengthening—through a theoretical-practical approach—their ability to recognize, understand, and effectively manage their values and virtues. This contributes to promoting and maintaining balanced and sustainable mental health, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive, high-quality care and services to both internal and external users.
